This video discusses glute training during pregnancy. I show you how to hip thrust without putting pressure on the belly, in addition to other effective glute exercises to perform while pregnant. You can absolutely keep your glute size and strength throughout your pregnancy, you just have to figure out the best exercises for you and listen to your body. Please know that I am not a medical doctor, so consult one before you embark on any training plan. My apologies in advance for some redundancies and rambling.
